1. Membership and Eligibility
1.1 Paid Membership – Brokist is a paid membership-based platform for verified real estate agents. Access to property information, networking features, and other services is restricted to active paid members.
1.2 Eligibility – You must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be a registered real estate agent, broker, or property consultant.
Provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.
1.3 Non-Transferable – Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Verification – Brokist reserves the right to verify the authenticity of members before granting or continuing membership.
2. Membership Fees and Payment
2.1 Fees – Membership fees are as displayed on Brokist.in at the time of purchase. Prices may change, and renewal rates may vary.
2.2 Payment Terms – All payments must be made in advance through approved payment methods.
2.3 Non-Refundable – Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
2.4 Renewals – Membership is valid for the period purchased and must be renewed to continue accessing services.
3. Use of Platform
3.1 Permitted Use – Members may use Brokist solely for professional real estate networking and sharing property information with other agents.
3.2 Prohibited Use – You agree NOT to:
Share property details obtained from Brokist with non-members or end customers without consent.
Post fake, misleading, or duplicate property listings.
Harass, spam, or send unsolicited promotional messages to other members.
Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3.3 Content Responsibility – You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of property listings, images, and information you share.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content, trademarks, and platform features belong to Brokist. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform during their active membership.
4.2 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Brokist’s platform or database without written permission.
5. Privacy and Data Sharing
5.1 Brokist collects and stores member data as per our Privacy Policy.
5.2 By using the platform, you consent to the sharing of your profile and property details with other registered members.
5.3 Brokist will not sell your personal information to third parties without consent, except where legally required.
6. Termination of Membership
6.1 Brokist may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you:
Violate these Terms.
Provide false or misleading information.
Misuse the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
6.2 You may cancel your membership at any time, but fees will not be refunded.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Brokist is a networking platform and does not guarantee property deals, transactions, or business outcomes.
7.2 Brokist shall not be held responsible for:
Any disputes between members.
Accuracy of property details shared by members.
Financial loss, damages, or legal disputes arising from transactions facilitated through Brokist.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brokist, its employees, and partners against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Amendments
Brokist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use will constitute acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
