1. No Refund Policy
1.1 Non-Refundable Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to Brokist are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.
No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused membership periods, or account inactivity.
1.2 Change of Mind or Wrong Purchase
Brokist does not provide refunds in cases where you change your mind, select the wrong membership plan, or no longer require the service.
1.3 Service Availability
In the unlikely event of a complete technical failure where Brokist services are unavailable for more than 15 consecutive days, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your membership validity, but no monetary refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation of Membership
2.1 Member-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team.
Cancelling your membership will stop future renewals, but no refund will be issued for the remaining membership period.
2.2 Brokist-Initiated Cancellation
Brokist reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if:

You misuse the platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
2.3 Auto-Renewal
If you have opted for auto-renewal, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

While refunds are generally not provided, Brokist may consider refunds only in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Payment Failure with Deduction – If your payment was deducted but the membership was not activated, the amount will be refunded after confirmation from our payment gateway.
